Glad to hear from you Rob! You are right about preventing atrosities by participating in exposing the genocide to the world. One of my smartest and most empowered friend's says "The best disinfectant is sunlight". Shine the light on this stuff, for all of us to see, and we start the process of disinfecting the Earth of psychotic murders! I can not wait to see you when you return. Bye for now, Kirstin

Yes, the people's spirits are strong and beautiful. That Rwanda has moved on and many have embraced a spirit of forgiveness is something that other parts of the warring world could take a few cues from. Absolutely amazing.

You should definitely not let the horrors of the genocide stop you from visiting Rwanda. In fact, the more that people go to Rwanda and experience what happened there, the less likely a genocide will happen elsewhere. Plus the people's spirit of forgiveness is nothing short of astounding. AND humbling.

glad to hear you are still intact, Rob. i hope your spirits remain high and strong. Among all the terrors I am almost certain you are seeing just as much beauty in the people as well as in the landscapes. peace.
